House & Pet Sitting in Berkshire

Looking for an experienced house and pet sitter in Berkshire?

A3 House & Pet Sitting provides professional, live-in house and animal care throughout Berkshire, including Newbury, Hungerford, Lambourn, Pangbourne, Thatcham, Reading and surrounding rural areas.

Established in 2008, I provide reliable care for homes with everything from dogs and cats to horses, poultry, livestock and mixed smallholdings — allowing your animals to remain comfortable in their own familiar surroundings while you're away.

Live-in House & Pet Sitting in Berkshire

Having someone stay in your home means your animals can continue with their usual routines while your property remains occupied and cared for.

Every assignment is different. Care can include feeding, walking, medication, maintaining established routines and looking after your home while you're away.

I provide regular photo and video updates too, so you can relax knowing everything at home is being looked after.

Horse & Equine Sitting in Berkshire

With a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science, a National Diploma in Equine Studies and extensive practical equestrian experience, I can provide knowledgeable care for horses and ponies while owners are away.

Care can include feeding, turnout and bringing in, rug changes, field and stable routines, checking horses and carrying out your normal day-to-day care arrangements.

Berkshire has a strong equestrian community, particularly around Lambourn and West Berkshire, making this an especially suitable area for A3's equine and rural sitting service.

Smallholding & Farm Sitting in Berkshire

For properties with a mixture of animals, finding one experienced person who can confidently care for everything can make going away considerably easier.

I have practical experience caring for horses, sheep, goats, cattle, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese and guinea fowl, alongside dogs and cats.

Whether you describe your property as a smallholding, hobby farm or farm, I can provide live-in care tailored to your animals, property and established routines.

Experienced Rural Property Care

A3 House & Pet Sitting is particularly suited to rural properties where animal care involves more than simply feeding the family pets.

Having grown up around a smallholding and later working professionally with horses, I'm comfortable with the practical routines that come with caring for a range of animals.

Because I stay in your home, your animals can remain where they are happiest while you have the reassurance of an experienced person looking after both them and your property.
