We discovered Amber through a personal recommendation from one of her other clients two years ago and nowadays I do not know what I would do without her. She has cared for our menagerie of dogs and cats on numerous occasions since 2022. Our animals are not that straightforward and she has taken the vagaries of their health, age and temperament completely in her stride and they all adore her. Amber keeps closely in touch and all her communications show very much that she genuinely understands their individual quirks and issues. I am completely confident that should there be any change in their behaviour or health Amber would spot it very quickly and let me know straight away which is extremely reassuring. Whenever I go away I am confident that I will come back to a clean and tidy house and, most importantly of all, well exercised, happy animals whose routine has been uninterrupted, and whose health and welfare has been vigilantly cared for. Amber is extremely pleasant, straightforward and professional to deal with (and as an added bonus takes some stunning photographs!).
I have used a number of housesitting services over the last 35 years and have found Amber to be simply the best sitter we have had.

Amber has been pet and house-sitting for us a few times a year since our dogs were puppies, that's nearly 10 years We welcome her back time after time as we have total peace of mind leaving the dogs and the house in her very safe and capable hands. We all look forward to seeing her, the dogs greet her as an old friend each time she stays, and we are always impressed with how knowledgeable and diligent she is with them. When one of the dogs was 7 months old he had major surgery on his leg and Amber gave him physio whilst we were away - she researched how he should recover and what exercises he should do, and we returned from holiday to a much improved and happy little dog. We also love the fact that she sends us updates and photos of the dogs while we are away - she takes much better photos than we do! On two occassions we were not been able to book Amber to cover our holiday and so had to use an alternative sitter, we are so much happier using Amber that we tend to juggle our holiday dates with her diary now so we can book her.

Amber is simply fantastic! We thought we could never go on holiday again after moving to our farm. With 6 ponies, 5 dogs (2 of whom hate each other & have to be kept separate!) 8 pet sheep, 14 chickens & 2 cats holidays seemed an impossible task. Then we met Amber! She looked after all our animals & our house beautifully, she is so kind & very capable. With daily updates with beautiful photos too we were so relaxed & happy on our break away. We have now booked a two week holiday to the US and Amber is coming to stay again, she is literally a Godsend

Amber is such an amazing house and pet sitter. We have never met anyone as professional and versatile as Amber. We have used her for years she has nursed old dogs adjusted walks to accommodate old and new and is able to deal with injuries too!! Our puppy had a badly cut pad and she bathed and dressed it for us when we were away. She has dealt with storms and trees falling and always with common sense and mindful of protecting our home and garden. She even tied our trampoline down! cleaned our rabbits out when we ran out of time I highly recommend her.

We have Pigs, Cows, Horses, Chickens, Ducks, 7 dogs and 2 cats so in the past, going away was extremely difficult.  Since Amber started to sit for us, going away is enjoyable again. Amber looks after the house and animals so well that when we return, the dogs are more interested in going for a walk with Amber than they are to see us!!!.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the house and pet sitting service provided by Amber Morris. I feel very lucky that I found her website when desperately searching for someone responsible to house, horse and cat sit while I was away on business for 2 weeks.
After an initial visit to meet the animals and find out what would be needed, fortunately Amber agreed to come and house sit. I can honestly say that she looked after my 2 mares and their 2 spirited foals as well as my 3 Siamese cats – two of them young and energetic, one elderly and not in the best of health – to perfection.

There were no hidden costs and the house was cleaner and tidier when I came home than when I left. Amber is intelligent, reliable, trustworthy, extremely good with the animals and nothing was too much trouble for her. I really enjoyed receiving the photos she emailed to me while I was away, and she clearly takes pride in ensuring that everything asked of her, and more, is done to the highest standard. 

She is an absolute gem and I certainly hope she will be available again the next time I have to go away.

I can’t remember how we found Amber, but we are very glad we did! We have used Amber has our pet sitter for 5 years now.
We were going on an overseas holiday and had to leave our four dogs (Dots,Percy,Sidney, cocker spaniels, and Pebble, jack russell) for the first time.

Putting them in kennels was not an option and so we were keen to find someone who would look after them in our house while we were away.

Amber Morris has been my Pet and house sitter for the past two years and I have to say that she has been the best by far. 

Amber is extremely professional and insists in meeting new and potential future clients prior to a house sit which I believe is an absolute must as both Amber and client have to get on and above all else the animal contingent in my family have to get on with the pet sitter. We have used Amber for the first time while we were away for 2 weeks.   She was responsible for our 2 labrador bitches(one aged 14) and 2 Jack Russells. Her duties included walking them twice a day, feeding them and generally making them feel loved. She also looked after the chickens and helped occasionally with my horse.

On our return it was obvious that the dogs were extremely well, and very happy to be with her.
