Professional House & Pet Sitting in Surrey
Experienced Live-In Pet Sitters for Dogs, Cats, Horses & Country Homes
Looking for reliable, professional house and pet sitting in Surrey? A3 House & Pet Sitting provides experienced, live-in care for your home and animals while you're away, giving you peace of mind whether you're travelling for a weekend, enjoying a longer holiday or spending time abroad.
Established in 2008, we offer a personal and professional service tailored to your animals' individual routines and your property's requirements.
Live-In House & Pet Sitting Across Surrey
We provide house and pet sitting throughout Surrey, including Guildford, Godalming, Farnham, Haslemere, Dorking, Reigate, Leatherhead, Cranleigh, Cobham and surrounding villages.
Whether you live in a family home, a rural property or a country house with land, we aim to keep everything running smoothly while you're away.
Our live-in service means your pets can remain in their familiar surroundings, enjoying their usual routines, companionship and individual attention.
Professional Dog & Cat Sitting in Surrey
Leaving your dogs or cats behind when you travel can be a worry, particularly if they are elderly, have established routines or simply prefer the comfort of home.
We provide attentive, individual care, including feeding, exercise, companionship and administering medication where required.
Rather than moving your pets into unfamiliar accommodation, our live-in service allows them to stay at home, where they feel comfortable and secure.
We also look after your property, providing an occupied presence while you're away.
Experienced Horse & Equine Care
Alongside conventional house and pet sitting, A3 House & Pet Sitting offers extensive practical experience with horses and equestrian properties.
Our background includes a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science, a National Diploma in Equine Studies and many years of professional hands-on experience working with horses.
We understand the importance of maintaining established feeding, turnout and daily care routines, as well as recognising when an animal may need additional attention.
Whether you have horses at home or a private equestrian property, we can discuss your individual requirements.
Smallholding & Farm Animal Care in Surrey
Our experience extends well beyond dogs, cats and horses.
Having grown up on a smallholding and worked with a wide variety of domestic and farm animals, we are comfortable caring for mixed animal households and rural properties.
Our experience includes sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl and other domestic animals.
We understand that no two smallholdings are alike, and care is tailored to the animals, facilities and routines involved.

Your Home Cared For While You're Away
Professional house sitting involves more than feeding and exercising animals.
We can also attend to the everyday requirements of your property, including collecting post, watering plants and maintaining agreed household routines.
Our aim is to provide continuity and reassurance so that you can enjoy your time away knowing your home and animals are being looked after.
