House, Pet & Smallholding Sitting in North Yorkshire

Experienced Live-In Care for Homes, Horses and Animals Across North Yorkshire

A3 House & Pet Sitting provides professional live-in house and pet sitting throughout North Yorkshire, including experienced care for horses, domestic pets and smallholding animals.

Established in 2008, A3 House & Pet Sitting is an independent, owner-operated business offering personal, reliable care for homes and animals nationwide across the UK.

Whether you own a countryside property, equestrian home or smallholding, I provide practical, individual care that allows your animals to remain in their familiar surroundings while you are away.

Live-In House & Pet Sitting in North Yorkshire

I provide dedicated live-in care for dogs, cats and other household pets, maintaining their established routines and giving them the attention they are accustomed to.

Care can include feeding, walking, exercise, administering medication and attending to older pets or animals with particular requirements.

Your property also benefits from having someone living on site, with everyday household responsibilities such as collecting post, accepting deliveries and watering plants attended to as required.

Horse & Equine Sitting in North Yorkshire

North Yorkshire has a strong equestrian tradition, with a wide variety of private yards, countryside properties and horses kept at home.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science and a National Diploma in Equine Studies, supported by extensive practical experience working with horses.

My professional background includes Westpoint Stud and Britain Farm, where I worked with different breeds, breeding stock and stallions, alongside everyday stable and yard management.

I am experienced in feeding, turnout, bringing in, mucking out, rug changes, grooming, medication and maintaining individual care routines.

Whether your horses are stabled, live out or follow a combination of both arrangements, I can discuss their requirements and provide appropriate care during your absence.

Smallholding & Farm Animal Care

North Yorkshire's countryside is home to many smallholdings and rural properties where caring for animals involves considerably more than simply feeding the family pets.

Having grown up on a smallholding, I have lifelong practical experience with a variety of animals, including donkeys, alpacas, goats, sheep, cattle, pigs, chickens, ducks and other poultry.

I understand the importance of maintaining established feeding routines, providing fresh water, checking accommodation and observing animals carefully.

For owners with several different species, having one capable and experienced person caring for the property and animals can provide valuable peace of mind.

House & Pet Sitting Across Rural North Yorkshire

I welcome enquiries throughout North Yorkshire, including Harrogate, Ripon, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Thirsk, Northallerton, Bedale, Masham, Richmond, Leyburn, Skipton and surrounding rural communities.

I also cover properties in the Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors and other countryside locations throughout the county.

As a nationwide live-in sitter, travelling to rural and more remote properties is a regular part of my work.

One Experienced Sitter for Your Home and Animals

A3 House & Pet Sitting is an independent service rather than an agency. I personally undertake the bookings I accept, providing consistent care and direct communication.

Before your booking, I take time to understand your animals' individual needs, feeding arrangements, medications and daily routines.

I can also provide regular photographs and updates while you are away, allowing you to enjoy your time knowing your animals are being cared for.

Established Since 2008

My experience combines professional equine qualifications, practical work with a wide variety of animals and many years providing live-in house and pet sitting services.

I also hold a qualification in domestic animal first aid.

I appreciate that every property and group of animals is different, and I approach each booking with care, responsibility and attention to detail.
