House, Pet & Smallholding Sitting in Warwickshire
Looking for an experienced house and pet sitter in Warwickshire who can confidently care for more than just dogs and cats?
A3 House & Pet Sitting provides professional live-in care for homes, pets, horses and smallholdings throughout Warwickshire. Established in 2008, I offer experienced, practical animal care while allowing your animals to remain settled in their own familiar surroundings.
From family pets to equestrian properties and mixed-animal households, your home and animals are cared for together while you are away.
Experienced Pet Sitting in Your Own Home
For many animals, staying at home is the least disruptive option when their owners are away.
Dogs can keep their usual walks, feeding times and routines, while cats remain in their own territory. Older animals, nervous pets and those requiring medication can also benefit enormously from continuity and individual attention.
I stay in your home for the duration of the booking, providing both dedicated animal care and the reassurance of an occupied property.
Horse & Equine Sitting in Warwickshire
With a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science, a National Diploma in Equine Studies and extensive practical equestrian experience, horses are a particularly important part of the service I offer.
Care can include feeding, turnout and bringing in, rug changes, stable duties and following established individual routines.
Having worked professionally with horses as well as cared for them throughout my life, I understand that equestrian properties require someone who is comfortable around horses and able to recognise when something isn't quite right.
Smallholding & Rural Property Care
Warwickshire has many rural homes where animal care doesn't stop with the household pets.
I am experienced with a wide variety of animals including horses, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl and cattle, making A3 House & Pet Sitting particularly suitable for smallholdings and mixed-animal households.
Every property is different, so care is based around your existing routine rather than expecting your animals to adapt to mine.
House Sitting Across Warwickshire
I provide house and pet sitting throughout Warwickshire, including rural areas and villages surrounding Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Rugby, Alcester and Shipston-on-Stour, as well as locations across the wider county.
Being accustomed to rural properties, I am equally comfortable caring for a country home, equestrian property or smallholding as I am a more conventional household.
One Sitter for Your Home and Animals
When you have several different animals, arranging separate care can quickly become complicated.
Live-in house sitting provides a simple alternative: one experienced sitter caring for the property and following the routines you already have in place.
Your dogs can sleep where they normally sleep, your horses can follow their established management routine and your smaller animals continue to receive their usual daily care.
Established, Experienced & Personal
A3 House & Pet Sitting has been established since 2008, providing owners with experienced, dependable care while they travel.
My background in animal care began long before the business itself, from growing up around animals and horses to professional equestrian work and many years of house and pet sitting.
I also hold domestic animal first aid training and bring a calm, practical approach to every booking.
Planning a Trip Away?
Whether you're arranging a weekend away, a longer holiday or need experienced care for a more complex animal household, you're welcome to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Bookings are arranged individually so I can understand your animals, their routines and your property before confirming that the sit is suitable.
