Professional House & Pet Sitting in West Sussex
Experienced Live-In Care for Dogs, Cats, Horses & Smallholdings
Looking for a reliable, experienced house and pet sitter in West Sussex?
A3 House & Pet Sitting provides professional live-in care for homes, pets, horses and smallholdings throughout West Sussex and across the UK.
Established in 2008, my service offers a personal alternative to kennels, catteries and arranging several different people to care for your animals while you're away.
Whether you have a much-loved family pet, a country home with horses or a smallholding with a variety of animals, I provide practical, experienced care tailored to your individual requirements.
Live-In House & Pet Sitting Across West Sussex
I offer house and pet sitting throughout West Sussex, including Chichester, Petworth, Midhurst, Horsham, Arundel, Pulborough, Billingshurst, Steyning and surrounding villages and rural communities.
From family homes to country properties, equestrian establishments and smallholdings, my aim is to maintain your animals' familiar routines while providing the reassurance of someone living in your home during your absence.
As an independent sitter, I personally undertake each booking, allowing clients to know exactly who will be caring for their animals and property.
Professional Dog & Cat Sitting in West Sussex
For many dogs and cats, remaining in their own home is a comfortable alternative to boarding.
I provide individual care that follows your pets' established routines, including feeding, exercise, companionship and administering medication where required.
Whether your pets are young, elderly, energetic or prefer a quieter routine, their individual needs are discussed before the booking begins.
Live-in care also means your property remains occupied while you're away.
Experienced Horse & Equine Care
West Sussex has a strong equestrian community, and finding someone with genuine practical horse experience can be particularly important when planning time away.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Equine Science and a National Diploma in Equine Studies, alongside extensive professional experience working with horses.
My background includes stud work, horse handling, riding and driving, as well as the everyday practical responsibilities of caring for horses in different environments.
I understand the importance of consistent feeding, turnout, stabling, rug changes, mucking out and recognising changes in an animal's normal behaviour.
Whether you have horses at home alongside family pets or a more involved equestrian setup, I am happy to discuss your requirements.
Smallholding & Farm Animal Sitting in West Sussex
Caring for a smallholding involves much more than simply putting out feed.
Having grown up on a smallholding myself, I understand the daily responsibilities involved in caring for different species, maintaining routines and ensuring animals are comfortable and secure.
My experience includes goats, sheep, pigs, poultry, donkeys, alpacas and a wide variety of smaller domestic animals.
From early morning feeds to evening checks and secure overnight accommodation, I appreciate how important reliable care is when owners need to be away.
One experienced sitter can often provide continuity for the whole property, rather than requiring separate arrangements for different animals.
Your Home Cared For While You're Away
Alongside animal care, I look after the agreed everyday requirements of your property.
This can include collecting post, watering plants, putting out bins and keeping the home clean and tidy.
I understand that entrusting someone with your home and animals is a significant decision, and I take that responsibility seriously.
