To ensure a seamless transition and the absolute highest standard of care for your animals and estate, please review our standard arrival checklist.

At A3 House & Pet Sitting, we are completely self-sufficient and respectful of your home. You do not need to stock up on groceries or worry about hosting us—we manage our own routines so you can focus entirely on enjoying your trip.

🏠 1. Domestic & Sitter Living Space

• Food & Provisions: Please do not worry about providing meals or stocking the kitchen. We supply and manage all of our own food and personal provisions for the duration of the stay.

• Kitchen Space: Please ensure there is a clean cooking area and a small amount of cleared space in the refrigerator and freezer for our groceries.

• Guest Bedding: Fresh bed linens and a set of clean towels.

• Wi-Fi Access: Please leave the network name and password clearly visible.

🐴 2. Equine & Livestock Essentials

• Feed & Supplements: Sufficient feed, hay, and supplements clearly labeled for the entire duration of your trip, plus a 2-day emergency surplus.

• Medications: Any prescription drugs or veterinary care supplies, complete with written dosages and administration schedules.

• Tool Access: Direct access to wheelbarrows, forks, brooms, and working yard lighting/hoses.

• Emergency Contact Numbers: Written contact details for your primary Equine/Livestock Vet, Farrier, and an emergency local contact (such as a neighbor or yard friend) who holds spare keys.

🔒 3. Estate & Security Details

• Alarms & CCTV: Clear written instructions on how to set and unset home or stable alarms, and any smart lock codes.

• Gate Codes: Access codes or fobs for electric gates, perimeter fencing, or shared rights-of-way.

• Utility Locations: The location of the main water stopcock, fuse box, and any heating/thermostat instructions.

• Waste Collection: The designated days for bin collection (recycling and general waste).

📋 Final Confirmation of Timings

As a reminder, our service is billed per calendar day to protect your property and complete morning/evening turnout shifts securely:

• Your Estimated Return Time:
  (Note: If your travel plans change and you expect to return near or past 12:00 Midnight, please let us know immediately so we can adjust our security watch routines. Returns past midnight incur a flat £40 Extended Night Watch Fee. Delayed returns past 8:00 AM the following morning roll into a new calendar-day charge).
